Osa Osunde, FCS, FCTI, F.IoD, is the Managing Director/Chief Executive Office of the company. He has Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi in 1986. He attended the prestigious New York Institute of Finance, New York, USA in 1992. A member of New York Stock Exchange, he is also an Authorised Dealer of The Nigerian Stock Exchange. He belongs to several professional bodies amongst which are: Fellow, Chartered Institute of stockbrokers (FCS), Fellow, Institute of Directors (FIoD) Nigeria, Senior Fellow of the Institute of Administrative Management of Nigeria (SFIAMN), Fellow, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI), Member, Association of Arbitrators of Nigeria (MA.Arb.N) and Member, Nigeria Institute of Management (AMNIM). He was Head of Stockbroking with Wintrust Limited, an old time stockbroking firm based in Lagos before becoming the Managing Director/Chief Executive of Fidelity Finance Company Limited. Mr. Osunde is a Director in many quoted companies where he commands a lot of authority. Some of these companies are: Niger Insurance Plc; Afribank Nigeria Plc; Presco Plc; DN Meyer Plc. He is widely travelled and happily married with children.

Mr. Evbuomwan Omoregie Jimmy, ACS, MBA (Executive Director – Investment) was born on the 15th March, 1963 and is today married with children. He attended the University of Maiduguri where he obtained B.Sc Agricultural Economics in 1982 and Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Benin in 1988.
He became a qualified stockbroker in 1996 and a full member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIN) 2002. His work experience dates back as far as 1994 when he worked as Investment Banker and Portfolio Manager with Greenlane Securities Limited and Rainbow Securities & Investment Limited as Chief Operating Officer for over ten years. He joined Fidelity Finance Company Limited as Executive Director (Investment) in July, 2007.

Mr. Philip Emioma, FCTI, ACS (Executive Director – Marketing/Operation): is the Head of Marketing/Operation in the company. He holds Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi in 1986. He also holds an MBA from Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT). He is an Authorized Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange and a Fellow of Chartered Taxation Institute of Nigeria. His work experience is as follows:
• 1987 – 1993: Investment Adviser/Accountant – Farida Investment and Finance Limited, Lagos.
• 1993 – 1995: Stockbroking Executive, Fidelity Finance Co. Ltd.
• 1995 – Date: Head of Marketing/Operation, Fidelity Finance Company Limited.

Mr. Benson Maxwell Eneluwe, ACS is: Head Operation/Research. He holds Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi in 1986. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and is also an Authorized Clerk of The Nigerian Stock Exchange having been admitted as an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.
He worked in Farida Investment and Finance Limited, Lagos where he rose to the position of Assistant General Manager having responsibilities for investment analysis, portfolio management, client advisory services and capital Issues and floatation.

ISESELE JOHN UMOBUARIE, ACA, is Head of Finance & Accounts, and holds Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Auchi Polytechnic (1989 – 1994). He is an associate member of the institute of chartered accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and has many years work experience. Mr. Isesele was former Financial Controller, SMEEIS Projects with Intercontinental Finance & Investment Limited, Marina, Lagos before joining Fidelity Finance Company Limited in September, 2007.

MEKWUNYE ELU SUNDAY, is Deputy Manager, Marketing and holds Higher National Diploma in Business Administration & Management Studies (Upper Credit) from Kaduna Polytechnic (1996 – 1998). He is an associate member Nigeria Institute of Management (ANIM) 2003; associate member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (ANIMN) 2004 as well as member of the Certified Institute of Pensions (ACIP) 2005. His MBA degree in Finance, is in-view.

ODIASE, IKPONMWOSA KOLAWOLE, is Assistant Manager (Accounts) and holds B.Sc (Hons) Accounting 2nd Class Upper division from Babcock University, Ogun State (2003). He joined the company in February 2005 as Accounts/Investment Executive. Mr. Odiase has attended several financial/management courses in reputable training schools including Lagos Business School (LBS) and also an associate member of the Certified Institute of Pension (ACIP).

ODIA FELIX, is Assistant Manager (Operations). He has a Diploma in Computer Science from University of Lagos (1997-1998) and also holds B.Sc Banking & Finance from Lagos State University (1998-2003). He is a member of Institute of Financial Planning (2007). He is currently undergoing an M.Sc (Finance) programme at St. Clement University (U.K.)

ALIH MUHAMMED, is Assistant Manager (Operations) and joined the company in 1993 as Investment Officer/Operations. He holds Higher National Diploma in Accounting (Second Class Lower Division) from Kwara State Polytechnic in year 2006. He has attended several financial and management courses in reputable training schools. Before joining the service of the company, he was formally with Wintrust Limited. He has a wealth of experience is stockbroking business.
